First there was Micky Bells, returning bustier and pregnant. Now here's Casey Deluxe in her hometown of Dresden, Germany. Things have changed for Casey too. Casey is close to nine months pregnant here and her boobs are huge as the hormones flood her body.

Casey also says she's a lot hornier and wants a lot of sex, like 4-to-5 times a week. She loves doggie-style and spooning positions. Her partner must be getting worn out by now.
